STEP 1: The first step is to complete the permanent residence application forms to determine your eligibility to apply for the express entry programs.
STEP 2: Speak with our immigration lawyer for the full eligibility assessment.
STEP 3:: Immigration lawyer will prepare and send you the retainer agreement to review and sign.
STEP 4: Pay 50% of the legal fees. The balance would be paid after receiving an invitation to apply for the permanent residence visa through your express entry profile.
STEP 5: Our immigration lawyer will send you the lists of all the required visa documents such as data page of passport, WES credential assessment, IELTS GENERAL TRAINING CERTIFICATE, proof of education, proof of work experience, marriage certificate, if applicable, and CV, send to him for a review and filling.
STEP 6: Our immigration lawyer will create/submit your express entry/provincial nomination profiles. He will register you or show you how to register on the job sites across the province in Canada, if applicable. He will also assist you in applying for your work permit visa if you receive a job offer from an eligible Canadian employer.
STEP 7: Wait to receive an invitation to apply for the permanent residence visa via your profile when the express entry draw occurs.
STEP 8: Gather the remaining visa required documents such as proof of funds, police certificate, upfront medical exams, proof of work experience, academic qualifications, and digital photos, among others. He will send you a comprehensive list of the outstanding documents to send to him.
STEP 9: Pay the visa processing fees and right of permanent residence fees.
STEP 10: Our immigration lawyer will assist you to complete and submit your visa application forms/documents within 60 days of receiving an invitation to apply for the permanent residence visa.
STEP 11: Wait to receive instructions for the biometrics and medical exams.
STEP 12: Submit your passport at the closest VSF Global office for your immigrant visa sticker.
STEP 13: Wait to receive your confirmation of permanent residence documents and the visa sticker on your passport.
STEP 14: Book your ticket and fly to Canada.
